With an office in downtown Kitchener, flexible meeting times, and remote signings for Real Estate deals, we are dedicated to providing professional services when and where it is most convenient for our clients.

The successful individual will be joining a law firm with an exceptional community reputation and a greatteam environment. We are accepting inquiries from clerks with at least 2 years of experience in a law clerk position in real estate, are enthusiastic, possess great customer service skills, and want to succeed.

Desired skills and experience:

  • more than 2 years of experience with real estate transactions
  • great interpersonal and organizational skills
  • a positive and winning attitude
  • proven ability to work at a fast pace
  • strong work ethic
  • functional proficiency in MS Office, PC Law, Teraview and Conveyancer
